Actors Dev, Koyel and Director Raja Chanda interacted freely with children from Mukti Rehabilitation Centre, an NGO at Tulip Inn. This event was part of the Corporate Social Responsibility or CSR activity of Tulip Inn.
The interactive session was a treat for the children as they got to mix freely with their favorite actors, Dev and Koel. Amidst cheers from the children, the actors made their entry into the hall. The children sang and danced with the lead pair of new Bangla Movie Rangbaaz. Many of them were found humming the songs of the film. Babu, Rubel, Puja and many others present voted for Mon Mane Na and Paglu as their favorite Dev films. The actors gave away gifts and Rongbaaz T-shirts to the children. The actors promised to be present at the special screening of Rangbaaz for the kids of this rehabilitation centre.
“Rangbaaz is a love story which has action, comedy and ample romance. This is a complete family entertainer and will be a good gift for the audience this puja. The excitement of the children shows how much popular the lead pair of the film is. Hopefully the film will be liked by the audience” said the director.
Dev plays the role of Raj whose family is destroyed. He seeks revenge against the person who destroyed his family. In the meantime he falls in love with Madhurima (Koyel) at first sight. “I am thankful to Ishtiaque Ahmed for giving me the opportunity to come here and interact with the kids” said Dev looking dapper in jeans and a yellow and white T-shirt.
Jeet Ganguli has composed the music of Rangbaaz. Out of the seven songs, two among them namely “O Madhu O Madhu I Love You” and “Tui amar Rani ami tor raja re” have become extremely popular amongst the masses. This film marks the debut of actor Rahul Dev and action director Alan Amin (Of Dhoom 2 fame) in Tollywood.
Rangbaaz is slated for release on the eleventh of October.
