Ageless creations of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore were released in the form of music CDs to mark the occasion of his birth anniversary. This was done in the presence of veteran Rabindrasangeet exponent Dwijen Mukhopadhyay at Ahindra Manch (Chetla).
Dwijen Mukhopadhyay said, “I do share a long musical, personal, emotional association with Saregama India Ltd. There was a time when I was introduced to the world of music and now it is the time for artistes from new age to enter this musical world. This is how the musical legacy will live on. Saregama has proved its mettle in introducing good talents to the industry. I wish all the albums a grand success.”
Saregama India Ltd. one of the leading and oldest music labels from India released all the new Tagore albums by Rezwana Choudhury Bannya ( Swapner Abhase), Aditi Gupta (Nibiro Dharar Majhe), Shreya Guhathakurta (Tomar Abhisar), Debangana Sarkar (Premer Badol), Iman Chakraborty (Dosar Je Jon), Saikat Sekhareswar Ray (Hritkamal), Swati Pal (Gopan Katha), Kamalini Mukherji (Hothat Khusi) Rajib Gupta & Jhinuk Gupta ( Ashruta Rabindranath- Tagore Unheard), Barnali Sarkar (Antartamo), Durba Singha Roychowdhury ( Tumi Kichhu Diye Jao) and to do the honors was present the veteran Rabindrasangeet exponent Dwijen Mukhopadhyay.

The launch ceremony was followed by a grand performance by all the artistes and the audience experienced a great musical evening and regaled in the musical creations of Rabindranath Tagore.
