The album Umang consists of six tracks. The tracks are Inn wadiyon mein, Dil Mein, Meri aankhein, Yeh galtiyaan, Qatil adah and Jab se tujhe dekha. The music has been composed by Pijush Chakraborty and the lyrics have been penned down by Sourav. Kiara who already had released albums in Bengali decided to bring out an album in Hindi as she was advised that it will suit her voice texture. The songs in this album have been given a western touch.

Speaking at the occasion director Reshmi Mitra said “This is a great opportunity that Rooh Music has been providing for the newcomers. Getting a chance to showcase your talent as a newcomer is a great thing. Mostly people think twice before giving a chance to newcomers but Rooh music thinks differently. I just hope Kiara takes this seriously and continues with her efforts”.

Jojo who was also present at the occasion mentioned that music is a huge responsibility which one must take seriously. Since Kiara has taken this plunge in the world of music, she should continue with her efforts and not stop mid way.

Priced at Rs. 100, the music album is also available on the online portals for paid downloads.
