Quick Fitness Mantra Introduced with Rush Fitness Studio
Giving the people of the city a new way of staying fit, Rush Fitness opened its largest and also the fourth outlet of the chain at Alipore. The event saw the presence of actor Saheb Bhattacharya, anchor-model Jessica Gomes, Rush Fitness operations Head Neeraj Surana, Rush Fitness CEO Mrs. Ritu Agarwal and Bollywood fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala.
Spread over an area of 10000 square feet, this is the largest outlet in the Eastern part of India. The gym has the longest indoor running track for the first time in a Kolkata gym. Indoor climbing wall which is also a first in Eastern India has been introduced here. In-depth fitness programs in Yoga, Power Yoga, Zumba, Spinning, Pilates have also been introduced here.
The equipments used at this outlet are from renowned equipment manufacturers CYBEX from USA. The FMS system, also known as Functional Movement Screen helps in increasing performance level through proper screening and assessment.
Speaking at the occasion Yasmin Karachiwala said “Staying fit has become my way of life. It is not necessary to go on a diet to stay fit. One can simply eat right things in the right amount and work out to stay fit. This is what many celebrities also do. From Katrina to Kareena, everybody takes maximum care of their food intake which has direct impact on the way you look”.
Saheb Bhattacharya who was also present at the occasion was highly impressed with the equipments and also the facilities provided at the gym. “As actors, we have to look good and stay fit. Apart from that we also have to train our body for specific roles too. Gyms of this kind are a blessing for many of us” said the actor.
