French Food Festival at The Stadel; International Chefs cooking up great French delicacies for the Kolkata Foodies



To cater to the demand of the customers for International dishes, The Stadel has come up with The French Food Festival for the food lovers. The Stadel has had the pleasure of being host to International Chefs like Chef Harry Mercur from the Netherlands and Chef Vincenzo Cavallaro from Italy on occasions before.


For the French Food Festival, the hotel has from Nantes in France Chef Amiel Guerin. He has curated the best of French cuisine for the French Food Festival at Mirage, The Stadel – Romance Françoise Au Bord De L’eau. The food festival will begin from Wednesday, 5th Aug and continue till Sunday, 9th Aug.


Delicious vegetarian and Non-vegetarian, soups, starters, main course and desserts will be made available for the guests. Some of the items available include Soupe a l’ognon gratinee, Mousse de foie de volaille au porto, Gaspacho andalou, salade et crevettes, Gnocchi de pommes de Terre, legumes de saisons, Penne aux champignons, Poitrine de poulet farcie aux epinards, Betki poche au vin blanc et palourdes, Panna Cotta a la vanilla et fruits frais and many other such delicacies.

The a-la-carte (veg & non-veg) menu will be available at Dinner from 8:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. However, in case of bookings of ten or more guests the hotel authorities will happily oblige with arrangement for lunch.
