Spice Ocean Restaurant opened its door for the vegetarian food lovers of the city. The multi-cuisine restaurant is the newest addition to the list of restaurants dotting the food map of the city of Kolkata and food lovers of South Kolkata can go its newly opened Paddapukur Outlet.
The 2500 square feet multi-cuisine restaurant has the space to seat eighty people. A special Independence Day food festival will also be held at this newly opened restaurant for the food lovers. The festival which will go on till the 15th of August will offer great variety of food for the customers. The pocket pinch for two customers is Rs 700-800.
Some of the dishes which will be served on the Independence Day Food Festival include Tiranga Paneer Tikka, Tiranga Biriyani, Kesariya Kebab, Hariyali Kebab, Tricolor Salad and others.
The normal menu available will allow the customers the option to decide whether onions, garlic, ginger will go in their dish or not. This has been done so that the Jains and the other individuals belonging to other religious group can eat food according to their own rules. This is the reason why there is a no onion, garlic menu and with onion, garlic menu at this restaurant.
The normal menu of this restaurant boasts of Indian, Continental and Chinese vegetarian dishes. Some of the dishes available include Royal kebab, Malai Paneer Tikka, lemon coriander soup, Dal maharani, Paneer butter masala, Masala roti and Hot sizzling brownie with ice-cream. The weekend buffet is priced at Rs 425 plus taxes and the Sunday breakfast has been priced at Rs 250 plus taxes.
The restaurant also offers home delivery at good discounted prices. More branches of this restaurant will be opened in various parts of North and South Kolkata soon, revealed the authorities.
