‘Serafina’ brings Happy Sunday Brunch Menu to Kolkata Food Lovers



As Sunday is the perfect day to unwind and relax with your near and dear ones, it is also the perfect day for all the die-hard foodies to try out different and delectable dishes and spend their Sunday in a memorable way. Therefore, SERAFINA has come up with a Happy Sunday Brunch menu.

An elaborate and palatable spread awaits you at Serafina. Sunday Brunch Menu consists of Pan Cake, Fresh Fruit Bowl, Bacon/Ham/Sausages and Eggs to Order (Sunny Side, Scramble, Omelette, Fried or Boiled) Induction in front of the bar live eggs. Soup includes Carrot and Ginger Soup (Fresh carrot soup with infusion of ginger) and Cream of Chicken Soup (Smooth Creamy Soup with chunks of chicken).


Starter consists of Bruschetta/Veg Crostini (Bread toasted in woodstone oven with fresh tomatoes and basil flavoured with garlic/ bread toasted in woodstone oven with assorted toppings) and Calamari/Arrabiata Spiced Chicken (Fried calamari with spicy marinara sauce/ fried tender chicken cubes tossed in arrabiata spices).

Moreover, Serafina gives an opportunity to the customers to make their own salads, pizzas and pastas to create lip smacking and delicious food.

The main course is as diverse as the starters and the side dishes. Risotto Primavera (Risotto cooked with spring vegetables with tomato sauce), Pollo Grigliato (Grilled tender chicken breast with mash potato and grilled vegetables), Spaghetti Squash

(Spaghetti squash with mixed vegetables tomato sauce and pine nuts) and Mini Sliders (Chicken breast, Swiss cheese, caramelised onion and French fries) are some of the main course dishes.


Desserts consist of delicious dishes like Pannacotta (Italian delicacy with fresh vanilla pod and infused orange and coffee beans), Tiramisu (Melange of imported mascarpone cheese and fresh coffee), Bread Butter Pudding (Authentic gratinated bread and fresh cream) and Lemon Grass Crème Brulee (crème brulee with infused lemon grass).

Serafina is serving this Happy Sunday Brunch menu from 17th January onwards from 11am – 4pm. Cost per person is Rs.999 (1 glass of red/rose/white wine will be served per person of Four Seasons OR 1 breezer OR 1 Beer Tower or 1 glass of Sangria or 1 mocktail OR 1 aerated beverage.)
