Fusion Food Fiesta at Kolkata Vegetarian Restaurant Casa Kitchen



Casa Kitchen which had been offering new and exciting dishes for the vegetarian food lovers of Kolkata has come up yet again with a new fusion food festival titled “Fusion Food Fiesta”.


Speaking about the new fusion menu, Swarup Ghosh, General Manager said “We always come up with new menus to break the monotony. Hence we came up with this menu which will allow us to experiment with traditional and Continental dishes. This will be a good break for all the customers. We want people to come to come here and enjoy these delicacies we have on offer for them”.


Yoghurt and lemon soup and Tomato wanton soup have been kept in the soup category. As starters, Schezwan paneer tikka, Corn and broccoli spring roll, Paneer fritter with hot garlic sauce, Vegetable shami kebab with salsa, Stuffed potato with cocktail sauce and Soya Falafel in parsley sour cream is on offer.


For the main course, the festival has Baked conjee veg and Macaroni, Kadhai ratatouille, Stuffed jalapeno in makhani curry, Spinach pasta in Hunan sauce, Paneer steak sizzler and Paneer shaslik with Bar-be-que sauce.

Cappuccino Monte carlo and Garam Masala brownie have been included for the food lovers with a sweet tooth.


A meal for two will cost Rs 1000 plus taxes. Lunch will be available from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm while dinner will be served from 7.30 pm to 10.30 pm. Starting from 12th March, the festival will continue till the 27th of March.
