“You see we do not have many restaurants offering Thai or Burmese dishes under one outlet. This restaurant will be offering such delicacies for the customers, which is great. One can order a Burmese starter and follow that with a Thai main course. A great initiative indeed” said designer Agnimitra Paul at the official launch of The Noodle Hub at Naktala. Also present was painter Wasim Kapoor at the event.
The Noodle Hub is the brainchild of Jayanta Chatterjee and Sanjoy Roy, who helped in the setting of Mainland China along with entrepreneur Ranajit Ghosh.
The restaurant is a sixty six seater outlet. Some of the signature dishes under the Chinese section available at the restaurant include pork hot bean, Fish in Hong Kong style, Fish in Chilli plum sauce, Crispy Konjee lamb, Fish in Hunan sauce, Prawns in butter garlic sauce, Homey glazed lemon chicken, Malaysian noodles and others.
Khao suey Burmese style, Chicken wings with Thai sweet chilli sauce and cottage cheese Koh samui are available under the oriental section. Sui long bao, Chicken chin kao and Brocoloi cashew nut dumpling are the special dishes under the Dumplings section.
A meal for two will cost Rs 700 plus taxes. The timings for lunch are from 12 noon to 4pm and dinner will be available from 6.30 pm to 11.30 pm.
