After completing some high octane, never-before-seen underwater action sequences for his tri-lingual film Ghazi, the handsome actor Rana Daggubati has started training heavily for Baahubali 2. After losing weight for his submarine based war film Ghazi where he essays the role of a naval officer, Rana has been bulking up to reprise his role of Bhallala Deva in Baahubali 2.
When asked about what he has been doing to almost reshape his body and bulk up, Rana said that you need to sit around and eat to gain fat. However he needed to gain muscle, which is a difficult and scientific process. The hardest part, felt the actor is sticking to the routine of a strict diet and vigorous training for months in a disciplined way. He also adds that he finds losing weight is easier than bulking up. He had to just reduce his protein intake for Ghazi so his muscle size and weight reduced.
We cannot wait to see Rana in Baahubali 2!!
