Spice Ocean, a modern pure vegetarian restaurant hosted the ‘Aapnu Gujarati’ food festival for all the food connoisseurs of the city with a unique blend of sweet and spicy flavours.
As part of the Gujarati Food Festival, an authentic menu has been designed and priced affordably for the customers. Another distinctive characteristic of this Gujarati food festival is its palate-pleasing combination of sweet and sour flavours.
Authentic Gujarat delicacies with welcome drinks such as Masala Chaas, Daab Shikanji, followed by starters such as Mini Bhakerwadi, Stuffed Khandvi, Handavo, Patra, Gujarati Tawa Chaat Mix, Dal Dhokliwith dressing, Methi ke Lotia Live will be offered.
The main course includes delicacies such as Undiya, Sev Tamatar ke Sabji, Stuffed aloo, Val Angur with Kaju Kismis, Hara Chana Alkul Mix Sabji, Gujarati Dal. Breads consist of Methi ka Thepla, Bajra ka Rotla, Pudina ka Mini Bhakri, Puran Puri sweet and Masala Puri. The various kinds of rice served are Lachka Dal Usaman, Kathiawari Khichro.
The dessert has mouth-watering choices such as Srikhand, Sitafal Basundi, Walnut Anjeer Halwa, Ardiya and much more.
Spice Ocean (located at Paddapukur, lane beside Hotel Samilton) will be hosting The Gujarati Food Festival till 3rd July. The thali is priced at Rs 450 plus taxes.
