Popular foodie-hub Sanjha Chulha famous for various kinds of kebabs organized the Quirky Kebab festival. With a range of 10 never-before-tasted variant of delicious kebabs at its newest outlet, 558/2 Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Sarani, Kolkata 700029 the Quirky Kebab fest will be a feast for the food lovers.
Sanjha Chulha, famous for its North Indian cuisine is introducing six non-vegetarian and four vegetarian kebabs with a quirky twist to its taste by adding new elements to well-known recipes. Some of the recipes to watch out for are the Murgh Kasundi Kebab with a predominantly mustard base, Chicken Makhmali Kebab, the Kashmiri Seekh Kebab, where dry and canned fruits are grilled together on a seekh with aromatic herbs and spices among others, the exciting Avocado and Cheese based Chicken Kebab and much more.
Speaking about the festival, co-owner Asif Ahmed says, “Most of the kebabs in the festival are not your run-of-the mill kebabs. Yes we do have that Mutton Burra which is an absolute crowd favorite, but we also have Whole Tandoori Bhetki, Saufiya Tikka, Tandoori Salad, Dahi Key Sholay and Dhuadar Tikki which add to the newness of the menu.”
The festival begins from 5th August onwards and will continue for a month.
