Culture Curry’s Big Adda Session with Celebrities; Upcoming Talents Awarded at The Event

All India Film Directors Organisation (AIFDO) organized an event named Culture Curry where an interesting segment called the Big Adda Session took place. Present at the event was Utpalendu Chakraborty, Sekhar Das, Arvind Sinha, Shankha Ghosh (film maker and General Secretary, AIFDO), Ashok Vishwanathan and others.


The eminent personalities discussed on topics like Film as inclusion medium for all art and the influence of films in the field of art and culture. Culture curry is a festival which aimed to promote upcoming talent in the respective fields and can be the medium for sustainability for the talents. Promoting art culture with the main motive of building awareness, entertainment, uplifting of talents and providing them platform is also the other motives of the festival.

Speaking at the event, Utpalendu Chakraborty said “It is time that we communicate and discuss. We are all living in islands now. We hardly have the time to communicate and talk about issues. This must be changed. Exchanges and talks will be helpful in exchange of ideas”.


Various competitions throughout the festival were held to encourage the upcoming talents in painting and photography exhibition, theatre festival and competitive short film festival. The winners were also felicitated by eminent dignitaries at the event.
