This is the month of harvest and this is celebrated in different regions of India. Bihu from Assam, Poush Parbon from Bengal and Lohri from Punjab are some ways in which this harvest festival is observed. ParantheWaliGalli has introduced a set of new menu exclusively for Lohri for the customers.
Like most traditional festivals of Punjab, Lohri is celebrated by many families together. It involves all members of the family especially kids going from door to door and asking for lohri. And all members of the community come together and celebrate the longest night of the year. The use of mustard, radish, peanuts, sesame is considered very auspicious.
ParantheWaliGalli’s menu consists of Sarson da Saag, Makki Di Roti, Masale Wala Gur, Paranthas, beverages, Gur ki Lassi, Shalgam (turnip) ke Paranthe and many more.
The price for two is Rs.500 plus and will be available taxes till 31st January, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
