Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) West Bengal Chapter organized their first ever exhibition Bangiyo Sthapattakala at CII- Suresh Neotia Centre, Behind City Center 1, Salt Lake, Kolkata.
The three day long exhibition showcased Bengal’s architectural glory. Noted Architect and Urban Designer Monica Khosla Bhargav conducted a workshop on Floral Art and Architecture Installation.
The installation done by Monica Khosla Bhargav was done using eco-friendly materials like bamboo, hogla pata, oriental lilies and so on. About seventy people were imparted the knowledge of this floral installation.
The Indian Institute of Architects organized Bangiyo Sthapattakala, an exhibition of the works of its architect members between the 9th and 11th of June. Celebrating 100 year, The Indian Institute of Architects West Bengal chapter released a publication of the history of the Chapter titled – Nostalgia.
