Tram Deepo is a new tram themed resto-bar that opened its doors in Kolkata last year. Ankit Agarwal and Mahesh Singhania are the brains behind Tram Deepo.
Spread across 3400 sq. feet, it believes in preserving and valuing the rich history that Kolkata holds thereby highlighting the heritage of trams as an ambience. With quirky posters, individual tram deepos named tollygunge, ballygunge, kalighat and esplanade, scrumptious delicacies, dance floor to groove with live DJ, a private area that can be booked for private parties, they cater to give the best experience ever.
Their main area has a seating capacity of 150. The lounge serves an array of pure vegetarian dishes ranging from North Indian, Oriental, Mexican, Continental and Tandoor to finger foods.
The menu has a good mix of vegetarian dishes that includes Kholapuri Misal Pav, Cottage Cheese Popcorn, Pesto Paneer Tikka, Momo Aglio Olio, Chunky Paneer Schezwan, Red Wine Mushroom Risotto, Veg Jaipuri, Dal Peshawari, Green Thai Curry with Sticky Rice, Two Berries Panacotta and many more.
The pocket pinch is Rs.900 plus taxes for two for food, hookah and Mocktail.
