This is a seventeen city training program which covered not only the urban metros but also the tier two and three cities.
Hanneli Slabber, Country Manager India, South African Tourism mentioned that with the help of such training sessions, the Indian travel agents will be aware of which hotels to choose as per the budget and needs of the customers.
She also mentioned that the adventure activities in South Africa are much in demand. Much to the surprise of the press members at the event, she revealed that it was the Indian women who were more into adventure activities in South Africa more than the men.
