This is the season of Hilsa and keeping the love of this fish in mind, The Dalhousie Athletic Club organized an Ilish Festival recently.
On offer was an excellent lunch, which attracted great number of people at the club. The Ilish Utsav featured cooking from expert chefs, delicious local produce and the mouthwatering lunch, set the stage for a great weekend filled with delicious delights.
The food festival was a delight for the food lovers who thoroughly enjoyed the mouthwatering Hilsa recipes.
