If your plan to wander across Asia on a food trail is on the cards, you can drop in at Bodega, as ‘Bodega Goes East’ with their newly introduced Asian menu.
With the elaborate menu, that is available till September 24, Bodega Cantina-Y-Bar has tried to include flavours from every region.
The menu features cocktails, soups, salads, dimsums, baos, appetisers, mains and desserts, all of which will take your tastebud on a trip through China, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, Vietnam and Japan.
The colourful Absolut-based cocktails have been named after cities – Kyoto (coriander, yuzu and citrus), Chiang Mai (fresh coconut, lime and mint seltzer), Langkawi (cranberry, apple and nouc mou), Hanoi (grape fruit, sweet lime, basil) and Beijing (lemongrass, Chinese chilli pepper and lemongrass).
The other favourites from the ‘Bodega Goes East’ menu include Pork Baozee, Chicken & Chives Dimsum, Gong XI Prawn Nest, Slow Cooked Mutton Rendang, Beef Bulgogi and Chocolate Lah.
Bodega Cantina-Y-Bar is located at 24 Park Street, Park Center, Kolkata 700016. Cocktails is priced at Rs 150 (all inclusive) and a meal for two costs Rs 1,000 plus.
