Paintings and Sculptures of 40 Students of MC Kejriwal Vidyapeeth Showcased at Exhibition Confluence



A two day exhibition of paintings and sculpture titled Confluence by forty students from classes seven to twelve of MC Kejriwal Vidyapeeth was inaugurated at ICCR. The event was inaugurated by Suvaprasanna Bhattacharya, Debanjan Chakrabarti, Director, East and North-East, British Council.

The exhibiton showcased paintings and sculptures based on themes like Diasporic Literature, World Peace, Gender Inequality, Folk Lore and Traditional Sports.


The students as well as the faculty members of the school have put in a lot of effort for this exhibition. As part of their extra-curricular activities, they are taught paintings and sculpture making. They pick and choose according to their preferences.

This exhibition is part of The British Council International School Award initiative which has provided the students of the school with an excellent platform to showcase their creativity.
