The Palms Restaurant completed its two years journey in Kolkata recently. Owner Priyadarshini Dey along with actress Sayani Datta graced the occasion.
The restaurant serves both non-vegetarian and vegetarian delicacies for the customers. Executive Chefs Amalendu Sarkar and Uttam Kulavi, head the North Indian and Oriental cuisines respectively.
Some of the popular dishes include Penang Curry, Khar Khar Lamb, Mushroom Hupak from the oriental section. From the North Indian menu, the favourites include Dal Gosht, Pehswari Naan, Hyderabadi Dum Biryani and others.
Speaking at the occasion, actress Sayani Datta said “It feels great to see that Priyadarshini’s restaurant completing its two year run in Kolkata. The food is great here. I am not saying this because she is my friend but that is exactly the truth”.
A new section for the young customers with a separate menu is on the mind of the owner in the future.
Priyadarshini along with Sayani cut a cake to mark this special occasion.
