Cake Mixing Ceremony Organized by Indian Institute of Hotel Management

Indian Institute Of Hotel Management organized a cake mixing session to celebrate the onset of Christmas. Satrajit Sen, Poulomi Das, Pujarini Ghosh, Devlina Kumar, Chef Rohan Chanda, Owner Of Steak Factory, Bakingwali, Roast & Chaiwala and many other dignitaries from the Hospitality Industry and renowned Chefs from 5 star Hotels were present to participate in the cake mixing ceremony.

Cake mixing ceremonies have become a part of the tradition to spread the warmth of the festive season. People from different walks of life came together to participate in the process. The cake mixture included raisins golden and black, murabba, glazed cherries, tuttifrutti, ginger peel, almonds, pistachio, cashew nuts, rum, brandy and port wine.

The college campus was decorated to give a festive look. There was also a presentation of baking wonders created by the students of Indian Institute of Hotel Management.
