In continuation of the efforts to serve culinary treats from various parts of the country, The Stadel has geared up to celebrate “Pongal”, the harvest festival of the southern Indian state – Tamil Nadu and also the anniversary of Rasam from 12th January to 17th January at Rasam. Rasam is the Pure Vegetarian South Indian restaurant of The Stadel.
The curated a-la-carte menu by the restaurant’s Chef will consist of – Mokkajona Ulli Vepudu, Pesarattu, Venn Pongal, Bisibele Bhath, Sakkarai Pongal, Apam with Korma, Kanchipuram Idly, Tomato Rice With Korma, Stufferd Bhapa Idly, Addapradhaman.
The restaurant timings are Monday to Friday – 12 noon to 10 p.m and Saturday & Sunday – 7 am to 10 p.m.
