Celebrate the 69th Republic Day with special offerings by JW Marriott Kolkata. Make the best of this upcoming long weekend with specially curated brunches from 26th -28th January 2018 (Friday – Sunday) at the all-day dining restaurant – JW Kitchen at JW Marriott Kolkata.
The interactive kitchens and stations will be serving an expansive selection featuring traditional Indian cuisine alongside the usual selections from the Chaat, Farsaan and various live counters. Complementing the elaborate buffet menu, on offer is an unlimited selection of sangrias and beers. Additionally, a separate premium beverage inclusion is also available with the buffet.
Some of the mouth-watering delicacies offered this weekend will be ‘Malabar Fish Curry’, ‘Tandoori Jhinga’, ‘Dum ki Raan’, ‘Nihari’ and ‘Sheermal’. Alongside these special dishes, the Indian station will serve some of the regular favorites like ‘ Subz Zafrani Biryani’, ‘Bharwan Aloo Dum’ , ‘Kolkata Gosth Biryani’ and some local delights like ‘Chingri Malai Curry’ and ‘Kosha Mangsho’ will be available for guests.
A live Dosa counter will also be open, which will serve 15 different varieties of dosas and 6 kinds of chutney- giving enough replication of the tri-colour.
