Casa Kitchen Celebrates The Harvest Season With The Baisakhi Food Festival



The month of April is auspicious all over India with the advent of the month of Baisakh. The month signifies the beginning of the harvest season, Baisakh. Hotel Casa Fortuna is all geared up to celebrate with their most awaited food event- the Baisakhi Food Festival –at their signature pure vegetarian restaurant Casa Kitchen.

In the appetizers section, guests can choose the Chef’s signature dishes of cheesy and creamy Paneer Malai Makhana Tikka or exciting Subz Bhuna Masala Tikki giving the palate a new tangy twist.


For the mains course, food enthusiasts can choose from a variety of Punjabi and North Indian specialties. Traditional favourites like Makki di roti and Sarson ka saag are always sought after but guests can also sample new dishes like Paneer Pukhtan, Dum Aloo Punjabi, Jalandhari Kofta and others.

For dessert, one can try Gajar ka Halwa and Kesaria Firni. To compliment the entire course and beat the heat, a range of exotic cocktails and mocktails along with imported liquor and wines are available. Prices for a meal for a couple will be approximately Rs 1200 plus taxes.

Available from 12th to 22ndApril 2018, the Baisakhi Food Festival boasts of an elaborate menu full of Punjabi and North Indian flavours. The selection will be available for lunch (12.30-3.30PM) and dinner (7.30-11pm) at Casa Kitchen.
