Mamata Shankar Launched Inaugural Chapter of Naari Katha; An Initiative of Urvaraa IVF



Dr. Indrani Lodh, the Founder Director of Urvaraa IVF and an academician, who has won the President of India’s award as the best lady medical graduate in 1987-88, launched the inaugural chapter of Naari Katha. This was done in the presence of Mrs. Mamata Shankar.

Naari Katha will be a series of public awareness program to address PCOS, Endometriosis and Infertility, intially at Kolkata and then across the state and probably nationally in future. It is an initiative by Urvaraa IVF.

The Logo of Naari Katha represents 3 Women (Mother, Grandmother, Daughter) which is done to establish that this program is for Women of all age group. Today stress and lifestyle issues are essentially creating all health problems for women, and quite often it remains unknown.


Mrs. Chandrima Biswas Sil (Successful IVF Patient of Urvaraa) shared her experience. Prakash Lalwani (International Yoga Trainer) and Chandana Dutta (Nutritionist) were also present at the event.

With this series Dr.Lodh will not only share valuable tips on PCOS, Endometriosis, Infertility and other Gynecological problems, along with Diet and Yoga, but also will answer all the queries to each and individual. She believes that such awareness programs will help women to open up, break the silence, and get proper advice for better living.
