18 Year Old La Martiniere Student Arnab Chatterjee’s Film Unsaid Wins Several National and International Awards



The film Unsaid by Arnab Chatterjee has won several international awards, including The Telegraph School Award of Excellence Certificate for Excellence in Filmmaking, Ficocc Venezuela International Film Festival, London Gold Awards, Global Film Festival Awards and many more. The film is made by 18 years old La Martiniere boy Arnab.

The story of the film revolves around a mute teenager, an elder brother, a friend, a love-interest, and the society at large, and how they get along with each other. On a physical level, the story speaks about the protagonist, Raghav’s disability. On a metaphorical level, the story underlines several unspoken feelings among the four characters, in-spite of their bonding.

Arnab began filming by making two minute short films. He then went to make short films, documentaries and gradually progressed to making the feature Unsaid.

The film is eyeing for release this Friday.
