Dig Into Delicious Awadhi Cuisine at Kebab-e-Que’s Food Festival Darbar-e-Awadh

Kebab-e-Que of The Astor Hotel has come up with authentic delicacies of North India with a food festival Darbar-e-Awadh. The food festival will help in rediscovering the royal flavours and culinary heritage of Awadhi food.

The menu consists of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies. Executive chef Amlan Bose and his team have come up with an elaborate array of dishes including Kebabs, Kormas, Biryanis, Nahari, Zafrani phirni and Paranthas.

Some of the non-vegetarian delicacies include Murgh kulfi kalmi, Machi moong seekh, Zafrani murgh, Gosht nihari, Awadhi dum biryani and others.

Vegetarians delicacies include Badshahi hara phool, Awadhi dum biryani, Gosht nihari, Nalli mussalam and others.

The food festival will continue till 13th May. The timings is lunch from 12.30 to 3.30 pm while dinner will be served from 7.30 pm to 11.30 pm. The pocket pinch for two is Rs 1200 plus taxes.
