Video: Trailer Launch of Aaleya
The trailer of the upcoming Bengali film Aaleya was released in the presence of director Humayun Kabir, Aniket Chattopadhyay, Tanusree, Pradip Churiwal, Savvy and others.
The film faced problems with the Censor Board for use of words like Musalman, Trishule gethe, Gujarat and so on. The makers of the film protested against the motion and now they have just muted those words in the film.
Speaking about her character in the film, Tanusree said “I have never said no to do anything for a role in the film. But when I was asked to learn motorcycle for my role, I was really scared. But I was convinced and I practiced and finally was able to do it. I took intensive police training to get the body language correct. I just hope that the audience now love this”.
Priyanka Sarkar, Gautam Haldar is some of the other actors who will be seen in pivotal roles in the film.
Humayun Kabir mentioned that the film also showcases problems like early marriage in rural India, stopping the education of the girl child and so on.
Savvy has composed both the music and the background music. The film has one song which has been sung by Akriti Kakkar.
The film is eyeing for release on 29th June.
