Dr Arora mentioned that consuming Chawanprash is the best way to combat diseases all through the year. He further added that myths like Chawanprash is for kids or it should be consumed only in winter should be broken. With companies like Dabur joining in the initiative, he hopes that the consumers will be educated and they will consume Chawanprash to maintain good health.
