In its third edition, The GT Route’s Kebab aur Parathe ki Jugalbandi festival will begin from 27th July and continue till 12th August.
Kebab and Paratha is amongst the quintessential favourites of the people of Kolkata. New items have been introduced by the Chefs who have done it after intense research. Chef Ramprasad Majumdar mentioned that since the monsoon is at full swing, gorging on delicious kebabs and parathas are much in demand among the customers.
The offerings in this festival include Samundari Taaj, Ajwani Pomfret, Dora Seekh Kebab, Chelo Kebab Combo, Roti Pe Boti, Falafel, Paneer Shaslik, Subz Galouti and Mawa-Mewe Ki Tikki.
The Kebab and Paratha combos are available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions.
A meal for two will cost Rs 600 plus taxes and is available between 12 pm to 4 pm for lunch and 7 pm to 11.30 pm for dinner.
