Social Kitchen, the all-day dining restaurant at Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport is hosting ‘Vegan Vibes’ – a unique food festival dedicated to Veganism. Suman Chakraborty, F&B Director along with his expert culinary team has created a specially curated menu consisting of vegan dishes devoid of any non-vegetarian and dairy products.
On offer is a wide variety of dishes that will provide plenty of options to choose from. The appetisers include the refreshing Summer Gazpacho with Vegan Bread Crostini, Charred Corn and Star Anise Chowder, Baked Tortilla Samosa, Chipotle Lentil Taquitos, Aubergine & Mushroom Katsu, Vegan Hara Bhara Kabab, Vegan Sui Mai and Stuffed Mushroom.
The main course consists of dishes like Bibimbap with Tofu, Mushroom & Pak Choy, Pierogi Stuffed with Wild Mushroom and Salsa Verde, Mexican Chili Bean Rice with Adobo Gram Flour Tempeh Dumpling, Vegan Caprese Panini with Hand Cut Chips, Lentil Carrot & Sweet Potato Shepherd’s Pie, Scalloped Potato & Tagliatelle Vegan Bolognaise and Jackfruit Tacos with Pico de Galo.
Since no meal is complete without desserts, one can finish off the meal with a choice of wholesome desserts including Fudgy Raspberry Brownie, Oatmeal and Apple Crumble and Vegan Whoopie Pie.
A meal for two at the Vegan Vibes will cost approximately Rs. 1500/- plus taxes as applicable.
