Red Bamboo Shoot Launched New Menu on Different Kinds of Koftas



Food joint Red Bamboo Shoot was inaugurated in 2010 to bring the sumptuous culinary delights and cuisines from the Chinese and Thai provinces to the food lovers in Kolkata. They presently have four outlets (Picnic Garden,Patuli, Acropolis and Garia) and they plan to open more soon.

Shankar Rai is the man behind this food joint.

The Red Bamboo Shoot team launched their new menu on kofta consisting of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.


Vegetarian dishes:

Sabz sahi kofta
Cheese, spinach and potato dumpling cooked in rich cashew onion gravy

Non vegetarian dishes:
Mutton kofta khazana
Chopped dry fruits, cottage cheese, mawa minced mutton dumpling cooked in creamy red gravy
