Enjoy the authentic taste of Rajasthani cuisine with a food festival titled Royal Kitchens of Rajasthan at The Lalit Great Eastern.
Chef Shailesh Verma, Executive Chef of the Lalit Jaipur said that Rajasthani cuisine is not only a uisine but also a celebration of the regal culture of Rajasthan. Despite the food having spices, it is not too spicy but creates a great feeling on your palette.
An array of Rajasthani delights will be available. Also on offer will be live counters, cooking demonstrations and workshops.
Rajwada paneer tikka, Daal bati choorma, Tulsi chatri tikka, Sabj panch mahal, Gatta curry are some of the vegetarian dishes on offer.
Non-vegetarian dishes include Laal maas, Rajpootana mutton seek kebab mewadi macchi are on offer.
Sweet dishes on offer include Gulab kheer and Gond ke halwa.
The food festival will take place at Alfresco and continue till 20th August. The lunch buffet will be on offer from 12.30 to 3.30 pm and dinner will be served from 7.30 to 11.30 pm.
The pocket pinch for two is Rs 3100 for lunch and Rs 3500 for dinner.
