Forgotten Bengali Delicacies on Offer at The Floatel; Poster Launch of Kolkata Speaks and City Knight



The Bridge Restaurant will be presenting the forgotten delicacies of Bangla Hensel on 15th and 16th of September in a buffet style dinner and lunch for the customers. Posi Pishir Bormi Baksho, as the festival has been called will feature delicacies like Kose kossa loitya, Amudi macher crispy fry, Ilish macher matha die kochur loti and others.


The cost is Rs 1199 plus GST and for kids the price is Rs 999 plus GST.


The food festival was inaugurated by Anindita Sarkar, Subir Ghosh, Sharmila Maiti and others.

The event also saw the poster launch of Kolkata Speaks- the inaugural table talk on Casting Couch. Kolkata Speak is a unique digital platform which caters to the people of Kolkata and generates content of various interests and perspectives.


The poster launch of City Knight was also launched at the event. This is a platform which will cater to the bands of the city. The guests will have unlimited buffet dinner along with live performance at Red Bamboo Shoot. Every Saturday, from 8 pm onward, there will be foot tapping music and lip smacking food. This will be a great platform for new singers and bands.
