The Bhuri Bhoj Buffet at Park Plaza was inaugurated in the august presence of actress Koneenica Banerjee and Executive Chef Jayanta Banerjee. The buffet will be exclusively available at K-19, the all day dining restaurant from 7th to 11th October.
Welcome drink consists of Doier ghol and Aam pora Sharbat. Starters consist of Mocha chop, Peyaj postor bora, Gandharaj mugir cutlet and Macher chop kasundi diye. Murgir jhol jhal and tomato a dhonepatar soup will be available in the soup section.
The main course consists of Shuktoni, Bhaja masala aloo dum, Vegetable hakka noodle, Dhonepata kanchalonka bata murgi, Chhanar Mohima, Kolkata style mutton biryani. Luchi, Cholar dal nakel diye,Cantonese chicken and others.
Desserts on offer include Baked rasgulla, Mishti doi, Channar jalebi and others.
The midnight buffet consists of Fresh green salad, Kolkata style chicken biryani with potato, Subz dum biryani, Raita, Paneer butter masala, Chilly garlic noodle, Pan fried chilly fish, Cauliflower Manchurian, Keema Matar, Tawa parantha, one Indian and one Western dessert.
The lunch buffet will be available at Rs 999plus taxes while the dinner buffet will be available at Rs 1299 plus taxes. The midnight buffet will be available at Rs 555 plus taxes.
During this peiod one can also enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine Shanghai Noon at Nyonyang, the Chinese eatery at the hotel. Chad ei adda will be available at Smokeshack, the lounge bar at Park Plaza. Live barbeque with foot tapping music and unlimited drinks will be there for the customers.
