Video: The Grand Kebab Festival
Hotel Casa Fortuna is back with the fifth edition of The Grand Kebab Festival. Organized at the pure vegetarian restaurant cum bar Casa Kitchen, the festival is the perfect way to celebrate the onset of the monsoon.
Conventional tikkas from North India, kebabs made with South Indian ingredients, kebabs made with Indian masalas having international flavours are part of this festival.
Some of the kebabs that you can try out include Peri peri paneer tikka, Amritsari bharwan aloo, Kerala khumb tikki, Babri chura aloo, Vegetable Shikampuri tikki, Shamiyana kebab, Palak chana ki tikki, Hare matar ki tikki and others. In total, the festival has fourteen different kinds of vegetarian kebabs for the customers.
Swarup Ghosh, General Manager, Hotel Casa Fortuna said “Since our inception, we have been organizing this kebab festival. This has become extremely popular among the patrons. Hence we organize this every year”.
To compliment these kebabs, a variety of monsoon special flaming shots, cool Kamakhazis, Mojitos will be available for the people.
The festival will continue from 23rd June to 9th July. Available all day from lunch to dinner between 12 noon to 11 pm, the pocket pinch for two individuals is Rs 1200 plus taxes.
