JW Kitchen celebrated World Chocolate Day with some decadent chocolates crafted for the chocolate lovers.
On display at the dessert station was a crafted chocolate menu by the chefs, to give a sweet end to the meal. Saotome Chocolate Royal Cake and Chocolate and Hazelnut praline Entremets were available from amongst the cakes and entremets. Amongst the pastries, available were Passion Andalucía, Chocolate Cheese Cake and ‘Madagascar Chocolate Flan. An assortment of verrines includes specialties like Chocolate Air and Chocolate Crème Brulee were also present.
Fondues in different flavors were available such as Cappuccino Fondue, Lemon Grass Fondue, Five Spice Fondue and Honey Fondue. This was served alongside Chocolate Financier& Vanilla Madeleine, Mellon, Pineapple, Mango, Banana and Dried Apricots.
Other than this, there was a Praline table offering some tasty bars like Fruity Chocolate Bar, Nutty Chocolate Bar and Praline Noisette.
A workshop for the little ones was also held which saw the chefs teaching them to mould some delightful pralines.
