With the onset of the Durga Puja, Bengali channel Akash Aath promises to mesmerize the audiences with Puja special episodes. The special episodes will begin from Mahalaya and continue till Dasami. The viewers will enjoy a wide variety of entertainment for all age groups.
The festivity kicked off with a special Durga Puja program – Agomoni, to mark Mahalaya. Agomoni, to be aired in between 7 am – 9 am will feature eminent singers Sreekumar Chattopadhyay & Haimanti Shukla.
Good Morning Aakash will host eminent artistes like Manomoy Bhattacharya, Shampa Kundu & Raghav Chatterjee on Maha Sasthi, Kinjal Chatterjee, Madhura Bhattacharya & Sovon Ganguly on Maha Saptami, Sreekanta Acharya, Jayati Chakraborty & Goutam Ghoshal on Maha Ashtami, Ustaad Rashid Khan with his daughter Suha Khan will perform together for the very first time only on Aakash Aath on Maha Nabami & Maha Dashami and Rupankar, Subhomita & Somlata on Akadoshi.
The culinary show Radhuni also has very interesting list of personalities who will be showcasing their culinary expertise on the sets during the Pujas. Mithu & Priyambada on Maha Shasthi, Kaushik Sen & Reshmi Sen on Maha Saptami, Indrani Sen & Chandrabali Rudra on Maha Ashtami and Meer & Sidhu on Maha Nabami & Maha Dashami will not only make efforts to cook but will share anecdotes of their Pujo moments and how cooking or eating is one of the prime factor in their lives during the Pujas.
The FM on TV will be aired for two hours from 9 am to 11 am. The show will be conducted by the two anchors, Priyambada & Mithu . While Priyambada would be at the studio, Mithu will be anchoring live from the pandals.
Filmi Pujo will show blockbuster movies from Chaturthi to Dadoshi every afternoon for 8 days from1 to 4pm.
The channel will telecast a musical evening with renowned singers on Dashami as Bijoya Special from7 pm to 8 pm.
