Zee Bangla Cinemas have recently come up with the unique concept of making films exclusively for the television viewing audience. The channel in association with NIdeas Creations and Productions Pvt Ltd has come up with this endeavor to help in promoting films based on new ideas and novel concepts.
The first film made under this new concept was aired on the slot named Zee Bangla originals. The first film was Ekla Cholo by director duo Sudeshna Roy and Abhijit Guha which showed an interesting take on the concept of single mothers. The second film under this concept is Kader Kuler Bou directed by Souvik Kundu. The music and the trailer launch of this film took place at the Zee Bangla stall at the Book Fair premises at Milan Mela Gounds recently. Prasenjit Chatterjee along with the cast and crew of the film released the trailer and the music of the film.
Abhishek Ashu is the music director of this film. Prasen, Shankar Debnath and Souvik Kundu have written the lyrics of this film.
The story of the film Kader Kuler Bou shows the change that happens when the power shifts from the hands of a man to that of a woman. The film breaks the stereotypes and brings forth changes and also showcases the real power of a woman. The film has two consecutive narratives and the message it carries forward is that it is high time women matched steps with men and understood their importance.
The screenplay of the film has been written by Angshuman Chakrabarty and Souvik Kundu. The art direction is by Nafisa Khatun.
Arindam Sil, Koneenica Banerjee and Sankar Debnath will be seen essaying out important roles in the soon to be aired film on Zee Bangla Originals.
