Barbeque Nation Presents Tasty Delights with a Bengali Twist for the Upcoming Durga Puja


With the Pujas around the corner, Barbeque Nation has come up with an unlimited buffet menu to cater to the love of food of the Bengalis. The buffet menu which will begin from 6th October will continue till 12th October at the restaurant.

“Bengalis and food, especially during the Pujas is a great combination. Hence keeping this in mind we have come up with an unlimited offering for the customers. The menu has all the authentic Bengali dishes which one might want to eat. They will not feel that they are not eating out of home. Bhapa Ilish, Chingri malaikari and Kosha mangsho are some of the hot favorites in the menu” said Suman Mukherjee (Senior Cluster Manager).


Vegetarian starters include Cajun spiced potato, Crispy corn, Vegetable chop, Tandoori aloo, Honey chilly pine apple and others. Non Vegetarian starters include Ajwaini fish, Malai chicken, Tandoori pomphret and others. Soups include Tomato basil soup and Lemon coriander chicken soup.

Main course vegetarian dishes include Veg Biryani/pulao, Gobhi chandan bhog, Doi patal, Kadhai paneer and others. Non-vegetarian dishes consist of Mutton biryani, Kosha Mangsho, Murg lababdar, Hilsa bhapa and many more.


Desserts include Misti doi, Payesh, Fruit truffle, Rosogolla, Chocolate brownie and others.

The price per individual for vegetarian buffet will be Rs 899 and for the non-vegetarian buffet, the charge will be Rs 1100.

Asian Food Festival held at Kolkata Restaurant The Noodle Hub; A Delectable Spread of Authentic Asian Dishes

The Noodle Hub that opened its door earlier this year at Naktala, announced its Asian Food Festival. Tollywood actor Soham was present at the preview event.


This 66 cover restaurant offers one of the most celebrated dining experiences, with a wide variety of amazing preparations that will keep the customers happy.

The dishes introduced for this festival includes delicacies like Gaden Mekhwa (Indonesian Soup), Laksa Lamak (Singapore Soup), Spicy Basil Vegetable Crystal Dumpling, Threaded Crab Dumpling, Grilled Mushroom Oytashi, Banana Wrapped Fish, Lamb Malaysian Randang, Pork Duck Chilli Hoisin, Malaysian Flat Noodles and Tub Tim Grawp among all.


“We specialize in fine oriental dishes with a modern twist and we are happy to announce the Asian food festival at The Noodle Hub. Authentic Asian and Asian inspired dishes are brought to the customers by Oriental Executive Chef, Mr Manoj Shankar from Tim Tai, Koramangala, Banglore”, said Mr Sanjoy Roy, Partner, The Noodle Hub.


The Asian food festival will start on 9th September, 2016 and will go on till 20thSeptember, 2016.

The timings is from 12 noon – 4 pm for lunch and dinner will be served from 6.30 pm – 11.30 pm. A meal for two will cost Rs 700 plus taxes.

The Bikers Café turns One; New dishes added to the menu for the Upcoming Festive Season

Kolkata Biker’s Cafe Menu Revamped

The all day dining restaurant The Bikers Café recently turned one. The restaurant which had been serving great food to the customers had already made a place in the hearts of many individuals due to their great food and also efficient service.


To mark the first anniversary, new dishes were added to the already existing menu at The Bikers Café. Portuguese road king, Bikers subz salan, Moroccan tangine, Mediterranean grilled sandwiches are some of the delicacies on offer.


In the list of mocktails, the restaurant will be serving a number of delicious mocktails too. Watermelon summer splash, Fresh sugarcane mojito, Southie rider soul cooler, Fresh coconut mojito, Guava Mary, Bikers strawberry lemonade freezer are some of the mocktails on offer.


During this month long anniversary celebrations, there would be Happy Hours from 12 pm to 6pm during the weekdays. the guests could enjoy special offers like 1:1 n soup, a complementary cold drink along with a burger or a sandwich, 30% discount on any sizzler, any coffee with a twist and brownie @ Rs 213. One can also repeat a dish and get 50% discount on the repeat and 1 soup + 1dish +1 dessert at Rs 402 for vegetarian and Rs 501 for non-vegetarian customers.

The restaurant serves breakfast from 7.30 am to 12.30pm.

Come monsoon and the Bengalis all look forward to the arrival of the Hilsa in the fish market. Even for the diet conscious Bengali, this fish is a must have during this season. To cater to this undying love for the Hilsa, Oh! Calcutta, like the past few years has started the Hilsa Festival at both the outlets of the specialty Bengali cuisine restaurant.


The menu features rare steamed, roasted and fried Hilsa delicacies which have been made delicious by the usage of mustard paste, green chillis, crushed cumin, chesse, tamarind, aam tel and other such ingredients.


Some of the dishes which will be on offer include Ilisher jhol, Dhone roshuner ilish, Mochar ilish, Ilish paturi, Ilisher fish fingers, Radhuni diye ilisher roast, Char grilled Hilsa with cheese and herbs, Ilisher Polao, Aam tel ilish and Kumro pata aam acharer ilish.


The Hilsa menu of the festival will be available for the customers from 10th July to 24th July at both the outlets (Forum Mall and Silver Arcade, EM Bypass) of this authentic Bengali cuisine restaurant. The pocket pinch for two individuals will be around Rs 1700 plus taxes. Lunch will be served from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm and dinner will be available from 7pm till 11pm.
