Speaking about this food festival, Chef Rupam Banik said “Melas (fairs) are happening all over the city. So we thought of starting a food festival for the Kebab lovers. We have used ingredients like sesame seeds in Raunak-e-Seekh. The fact that we have used such ingredients is because this will make the kebabs healthy as well as tasty. Less oil and such varied ingredients will surely appeal to the food lovers in the city”.
Lunch will be served from 12 pm to 4pm and dinner will be available from 7pm to 11.30 pm. A meal for two will cost Rs 950 plus taxes.
The festival will continue till the 31st of January at The GT Route.
