The chill in the air and the festive season beginning in the city; it is the perfect time to savor delicacies like turkey and beef. Awarded European and Continental joint – Rubi’s Grill has put together a lip smacking menu especially for this festive season to compliment the food lovers of Kolkata.
Manish Das, Executive Chef and owner of Rubi’s Grill said “I specialize in cooking meats of various kinds and hence the special menu consists of different kinds of dishes with meat as the main item. When I started the restaurant, I kept in mind that this will be a place affordable for everyone. Hence the pricing is very affordable. Moreover I have noticed that now everyone is experimenting and eating turkey, beef and ham. Hence this is the perfect time to start this festival”.
The special dishes include Roast Turkey and Salami, Anna cheese Potato and Vichy Carrot with Brown Gravy, Ham Wrapped Roast Beef with ham cheese Yorkshire pudding and Fondant Potato with cranberry sauce, Hungarian Beef Goulash with Seafood Paella Rice and Almond Apple Danish Puff with Ice-Cream.
The restaurant specializes mainly in Continental dishes, though Chinese delicacies are also available. Soups, saladas, appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, pastas, fried basket, mocktails, beverages and side portions are also available in the regular menu.
The festival will continue till January 03, 2016. Hop in to Rubi’s Grill, located at Dover Lane, Gariahat to savor the rich delicacies and revel in the festive mood. The pocket pinch for two individuals will be around Rs 1000.
