With the IPL Fever raging in the country not too many bid Bollywood Movies are released but as soon as the IPL madness ebbs, back to back blockbusters waiting in the pipeline flow in from the Tinsel Town.
The first in the list of these post IPL blockbusters for 2015 is the Vidya Balan Emraan Hashmi starrer Bollywood Movie ‘Humari Adhuri Kahaani’ which shall release on June 12, 2015.

After the success of Pyaar Ke Side effects, a sequel to the hit venture “Shaadi Ke Side Effects” starring Vidya Balan and Farhan Akhtar is about to hit screens this month and owed to the promotion spree that the film’s crew is going through now we recently saw Farhan Akhtar in Kolkata with Vidya Balan to promote this new Bollywood Film.
“The film is about a couple Sid and Trisha who fall in love and get married. It is after they marry that they start facing problems; Problems that aggravate after they become parents. Things start becoming complicated and relationships get strained and what more happens next is what the audience will get to see when the film hits the screens” said Vidya Balan. Commenting on the side effects of her one year married life, the actress said that she is in the happy phase and has been experiencing good side effects till now. “The only side effect that marriage has on me is I have done a film called Shaadi ke side effects” said the pretty Bollywood actress with a broad smile.
Farhan Akhtar said “I am in the after effects phase of my married life. Jokes apart what we want from the relationships is what leads to problems later. Like for the characters that we play on screen, they have different expectations from the marriage. This leads to problems later on. Hence it is of paramount importance that people work towards solving minor issues which may be jeopardizing their married life. Like one tries to solve a tough mathematical problem, the same must be done even for a marriage”. The actor even joked and said that Vidya got married simply to do the research so that she could act well in this film.
Farhan and Vidya have been paired for the first time onscreen. The two lead stars were full of praises for each other. Vidya said “He is a person who knows how to keep a straight face even when others are rolling on the floor laughing. He is a great person to work with. He is sincere in his work and this helps a lot. I have even started laughing in situations when I was expected to keep a serious face”. Farhan on the other hand praised Vidya for her professionalism, dedication towards work and the hard work and effort that she puts in to bring out her character well. “People were praising me for my look in Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. But when I saw the look of Vidya in Bobby Jasoos, I understood her level of dedication. Having a co-actor with whom you gel so well is very good. This chemistry shows onscreen and the audience will love your performance”.
When questioned on the pressures of featuring in a sequel to an already hit film, the lead actors voiced the same opinion. Despite the pressure, they have done their best and they hope that the audience will love them.
Farhan who is presently busy with promotions of “Shaadi Ke Side Effects”, will soon start shooting for sister Zoya Akhtar’s next film. “It is after I complete Zoya’s film that I will start thinking of my next film and that will not be before 2015” said the actor. Vidya on the other hand is busy with the post production work of Bobby Jasoos which has been shot in 51 days.
To know about Shaadi ke side effects, you will have to wait till the 28th of February when the film will hit theatres all over the country.
