Aatman Music Carnival Gives Platform to New Singers; An Aatman Audio Initiative

Aatman Film Carnival

Aatman Audio in association with Gallery Gold organized their first Aatman Music Carnival on the November 16 and 17 at Gallery Gold. The music carnival was aimed at giving a boost to the independent music in Bengal. This music carnival saw the presence of eminent musicians of the Bengal music industry like Jojo, Siddhartha (Cactus band member), and Manas Roy who graced the occasion with their presence.

The music carnival has been conceptualized by Somnath Ghoshal. Speaking on the occasion, Somnath Ghoshal of Aatman Audio said “Music is an integral part of art. This is the first time that an unplugged musical program has been organized in an art gallery. The association with art galleries for holding such shows is nothing new in the West. But this is indeed a new thing in Kolkata. This time the carnival is of two days duration. We plan to make it even big and plan to host the carnival for a week”.
