Festive Cheer at Casa Fortuna To Appease The Palette Of The Food Lovers


The month of festivity is here and Casa Fortuna has come up with a food festival curated to appease both the stomach and the heart.  Revelers’ Rendezvous at Casa Kitchen, is a tribute to the patrons to rejoice the past year and welcome 2017 with a promise of good health and happiness for all.


The menu comprises both Indian and Continental cuisines and customers will be spoilt for choice. In the appetizers, one can take a pick with Chef’s signature dish of Khwabeeda Paneer Kabab. For the mains, food enthusiasts can choose from a variety of Italian pastas, baked specialities or even steaks. Indian food lovers can try new recipes of kormas and vegetables.

Keeping with the spirit of Christmas, the dessert treats are drool worthy. Guests can opt between Chocolate & Orange Parfait and Christmas Cake with Cinnamon Sauce. All dishes can be paired with a wide variety of wines and drinks available from the bar.


Beginning from 23rd December 2016 to New Years’ Day 2017, this special offering will be available all day for diners beginning 11AM.  The prices for a couple will be Rs 1200 plus taxes.

Casa Kitchen’s The Grand Kebab Festival- A Fitting Treat for The Food Lovers for the Rainy Months

With the onset of the monsoon in the city, your taste buds will naturally crave for tasty and delicious food, which you avoided during the summer season. To cater to this need of the customers, Casa Kitchen has come forward with The Grand Kebab Festival which will be offering an array of vegetarian kebabs for the clients to feast on.


This is the third time that this festival has been organized at this hotel. Due to the overwhelming response that the festival has received in the past two years, the organizers have decided to carry on the festival for three weeks, which was two weeks for the first two years.


Some of the kebabs delicacies on offer at this Grand kebab Festival include Peshawari Panner Tikka, Peri Peri Paneer Tikka, Nawabi Paneer Tikka, Cheesy Paneer Tikka, Chatpata Punjabi Achari Aloo, Lazeeze Bharwan Aloo, Tandoori Phool ke Jugalbandi, Vegetable Shami Kabab, Hare Mattar ki Tikki, Kale Chane Ki Kabab, Badshahi Khumb and Chilli Makai Sheek Kabab.


The Kebabs have been made with great care by the Chefs. The delicate twist on the top, the mouth watering aroma, the marinades, the cooking on open fire or pan grills offer the right taste and texture to the Kebab menu designed for this festival.

Kingfisher is the co-sponsor of this festival. Hence for order of every two plates of Kebabs, a Kingfisher Ultra Pint Beer will be made available for the customers.

The festival will begin from the 10th of July and continue till the 2nd of August. The pocket pinch for two individuals will be Rs 900 plus taxes. The timing for the festival is 12.15 to 3.15 pm and 7.30pm to 11pm.

Casa Kitchen reveals Corporate Lunch Menu; The Best Choice for a Quick Sumptuous Meal


Catering to the needs of the vegetarian corporate customers, Casa Kitchen under Hotel Casa Fortuna introduced a Corporate Lunch Menu recently. The drawing feature of this Corporate Lunch Menu is that this menu will be providing wide variety of dishes under Chinese, Indian and Continental styles for the customers. This will enable the customers to have a wide menu to choose from.


Speaking at the occasion, Swarup Ghosh, General Manager, Hotel Casa Fortuna said “Corporates who come to the hotel for their lunch hardly have the time to sit long and have a relaxed meal. They are always in a hurry. Hence this new meal has been devised so as to cater to their needs. The food will be served within ten minutes of being ordered. This will save their time and they will be able to enjoy the food”.

Along with the main courses, the customer can also choose from a sorbet or a mock tail of cool flavored Mojitos as a refreshing drink.


The dishes under this Corporate Lunch are sufficiently proportioned for the customers and the lunch timing is from 12.15 pm to 3.15 pm, from Monday to Friday. The price will be Rs. 350 for any menu (Indian, Chinese or Continental) that the customer may select.
