Video: South Indian Food Festival
Park Plaza played the host to the South Indian Food Fiesta organized at the hotel premises.
Master Chef Kannan will be bringing to the palette the delectable delicacies of timeless South Indian recipes. The vast array of mouth watering South Indian dishes will be accompanied by classic Carnatic instrumentals and an inviting ethnic ambience.
Some of the delicacies which will be available at the South Indian Food Festival include Kozhi Charu, Chennai Meen Kolambhu, Seenai Kai Varuval, Nellai Kozhi Khorma and others. Desserts include Aval Payasam and more.
Speaking at the event, Jayanta Banerjee, Executive Chef of Park Plaza said “South Indian dishes are not limited to Idli, Dosha, Uttapam. It has great more varieties. With this festival, we will be bringing out the different South Indian delicacies for the food lovers”.
The festival will continue till 22nd January from 12.30pm to 3.30pm (lunch). The dinner buffet will be available from 7.30pm to 10.pm. Priced at Rs 1299 plus taxes, the food festival is a delight for anyone liking South Indian cuisine.
